After spending more than 20 years building a successful career in Information Technology, I reached a point where I was tired of allowing employers determine my future. Like many professionals, I experienced the uncertainty that comes with corporate layoffs and organizational changes. That experience forced me to ask a simple question:
Why continue building someone else's dream when I could build my own?
What started as a passion for food quickly became a vision for something bigger. Inspired by Houston's diversity, culture, and love for bold flavors, Roll One Up HTX was created to bring people together through innovative gourmet egg rolls that are as unique as the city itself.
